Wood, tile and carpeted flooring, vaulted ceilings, wood beams. 12 x 12 loft (for storage). Kitchen appliances include new gas stove, fridge and dishwasher and microwave. Large laundry area with newer washer/dryer. No garage but parking for up to three vehicles (max). Large, covered patio for entertaining. Baseboard heat with a propane heater/fireplace in living room for supplemental heat. Window a/c units provided by owner. Well & septic (which will require tenants' maintenance to ensure proper functionality). Propane gas powers LR stove/heater and kitchen oven/range. Absolutely no smoking/vaping allowed on premises. Rent: 2100/mo. Security deposit: $2100. Minimum one year lease. First month, last month and security deposit required for move in.
