Located in Penfield, New York, our lovely community is conveniently located just off route 490 E take the Linden Ave exit just outside of Rochester. Penfield Farms offers new, affordable homes that are set in a peaceful neighborhood with mature trees and scenic views. Penfield Farms is zoned for the Pittsford and Penfield School Districts and its paved streets are ideal for bike rides with the family. These new mobile homes will be offered for sale and and rentals. 2 and 3 bedrooms will be available. Homes will come in 14 and 16 wide and multi sectional which are 28 wide.
