My bedroom is on first level with ensuite bath. Housemates have entire second floor and we share the first floor kitchen, dining, living room. Large yard backs up to a pond. We are in our 50's, professional working, quiet, very clean, respectful of each others space, & educated. Looking for same. No smoking inside and out Must love dogs, I have 3 Shih Tzus.
