Please let me know number of people that will live at this property. Minimum 1 year lease contract. After 1 year lease contract, tenant may renew the lease contract for less than a year, a year, or more than a year. Whatever work for the tenant. I only require the first year lease to be a 1 year contract. 1 month deposit due ($3,100) at signing rental contract. 1st month rent is due ($3,100) 3 days before move-in date. Thereafter, each month rental due ($3,100) on the 1st of the month or earlier. Tenant will provide proof of income and previous landlord information for verification Prefer no pet, but cat should be ok. Maybe a small dog. Deposit is required for each pet.
