I'm RARELY home it will often feel like you have the entire place to yourself!…
I'm offering the master bedroom with a private attached bathroom in my fully furnished 1,050 sq. ft. 2 bed / 2 bath condo in Pinebrook. The room includes a king-size bed with memory foam mattress, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and jetted tub. The condo also features in-unit laundry, a detached garage, and off-street parking.
The home is furnished down to the kitchen utensils and towels (not consumables). That said, I'm flexible if you'd like to store some of my stuff to make room for yours, we can work that out.
A little about me: I spend most of my time in SLC caring for family, so I'm typically home only one nights per week (if that). I'd use the smaller bedroom and bathroom as a bedroom / home office. I'd keep to myself, and leave that 2nd bathroom clean for any visitors to share. I rarely use the kitchen beyond coffee or a quick-frozen meal. If I do cook, I always clean up after myself. When I want to relax and watch TV, I'm perfectly happy doing that in my room. It's not that I'm anti-social, but I would view most of the house as your space.
Term length flexible. Rent is $2,000/month and includes utilities, HOA etc. Single occupancy preferred; additional cost for a second occupant.
I'm clean, quiet, respectful, and looking for the same. No pets, no drugs, and no drama.
Housemate details
I'd use the smaller bed/bath, keep to myself, and clean up after myself. I'd keep that 2nd bath clean and available for any visitors.
