Our community, with its spacious studios, one bedroom/one bath apartments, and two bedroom/two bath apartments, is ideally located near the intersection of El Camino Real, Highway 85 and State Route 237 at 225 Pamela Drive in Mountain View, California. We are adjacent to Grant Road Shopping Center and West of El Camino Real in the Cuesta Park neighborhood. It is about a 12 minute walk from downtown Mountain View and we are adjacent to dry cleaning, groceries, coffee, bagels, a fitness center, a pharmacy, restaurants and much more of your daily shopping needs. It is a short commute to the headquarters of either Apple (5.8 miles) or Alphabet (4 miles). Bicyclists will enjoy the proximity to the Stevens Creek Trail, and a Tesla supercharger station is next door. Our units feature generous over-sized closets, carpet or hardwood flooring, full sized appliances, double pane windows and sliding glass doors. These sliding glass doors open onto large private patios or balconies, and some units have private yards. Every unit comes with an assigned covered parking space that has a sizable storage space adjacent to it, and additional parking is available. All utilities except for in-unit electricity are included. This community features a serene courtyard with mature landscaping, a solar-heated pool for your enjoyment and exercise, a laundry care center, a bicycle maintenance and storage area, and our own quaint dog park. We are professionally managed, have 24-hour emergency maintenance and an on-site manager. Rents start at $2,995 (Studio), $3,095 (1BR/1BA) and $4,095 (2BR/2BA) per month, but depend upon the unit amenities. We offer unfurnished and furnished units. Some units have washer/dryers in the unit, and some have private fenced yards. Your select pet is welcome without fee. We offer 12 month leases, and sometimes more flexible options as well. A security deposit and solid references are required.
