Renter's insurance is not required, but is advisable to all renters. All utilities are included. Cleaning fee of $150 required at end of stay. We recommend having a cleaning service come twice a month for longer stays. Please ask host for referrals. CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in. 75% refund for cancellations made 15 29 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made 7 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
