Optional Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please request this service at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Pool heating must be for consecutive days. Pet Fee: A flat fee of $75 per stay applies for guests bringing dogs (max 2). Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, a 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.
