A private entrance with a smart lock allows for seamless self check-in. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles, with one dedicated space in the garage and additional parking in the private driveway. With a seamless indoor-outdoor layout, resort-style amenities, and a genuinely warm, lived-in feel, it's the kind of place where everyone settles in immediately and nobody wants to leave. THE SPACE Step inside and you'll feel the relaxed Palm Springs character right away. The home has a bright, open floor plan with oversized glass sliders that blur the line between inside and outside living. The main living area features comfortable seating, a 50" Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a record player to set the mood for your stay. Central air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable year-round, and a dedicated workspace is available if you need to catch up on remote work. The heart of the home is the expansive private backyard this is where the magic happens. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST. **MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERIES Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest's own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages. Please note that the property's mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.
