Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance; requests made with less notice are ineligible for refund. No pets are allowed on the premises. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies by occupancy. Long-term stays are welcome. Cancellations within 48 hours of booking receive a full refund. Cancellations 30+ days before check-in receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. No cancellations are permitted during holiday and special event weekends.
