The City of Palm Springs requires a separate written contract, which will be sent prior to arrival. You will also need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and vehicle license plate numbers via a secure portal after booking.
* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.
* **Optional Pool Heating
Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please request this service at least 48 hours before arrival.
* **Cancellation Policy
100% refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of check-in. No cancellations are permitted for holidays and special event weekends. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
