Guests are financially responsible for any city ordinance violation fines. POOL HEATING The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum required). Even though Movie Colony is close to the downtown area, the property remains extremely private, shielded by the wall and landscaping in the backyard. One thing to be aware of is that, on occasion, you may be able to hear vehicles passing by on the street behind the house or a medical helicopter due to being close to the hospital. The historic Movie Colony is named after the many famous movie stars who owned homes in the area from the 1930's to 1960's, including Marilyn Monroe, Cary Grant, Dinah Shore, Frank Sinatra, and Al Jolson.
