Terms and Conditions: 1. The rent price may vary depending on your requested dates and length of stay. We do not accept long-term bookings. We only accept short-term stays or rentals of 30 days or more. For more details on pricing, please refer to the Rates & Payment Details section in the listing description. 2. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. 3. As per the City of Palm Springs Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or loud music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. Additionally, Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. 4. Spa and pool heating are extra. $25/day for spa heating and $50/day for pool heating. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in. If you decide to heat the pool or spa we require a minimum of 3 days pool heating due to rising gas costs. 5. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back-to-back bookings to allow for proper cleaning. 6. Minimum 25 years of age to book. 7. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises. 8. No more than 4 vehicles allowed. 9. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500. 10. Tampering with noise monitoring devices will automatically result in eviction and a forfeit of all fees paid for unused nights and amenities. 11. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
