MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT The person renting the property MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Desert. CITY REQUIREMENTS for RENTAL CONTRACTS: In compliance with City of Palm Desert regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in. *Verification and contracts are submitted through an alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation** SECURITY DEPOSIT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD IS $1999 ($2499 for reservations exceeding 28-days) AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN/ARRIVAL AND RETURNED 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT TO ALLOW POST INSPECTION OF PROPERTY FOR CLEARANCE OF CONDITIONS (Does not apply to Airbnb reservations) EARLY Check-in / LATE Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST. **MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERIES Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest's own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages. Please note that the property's mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.
