Golf carts are used by many neighbors. The house is fully furnished. If you prefer your own, we can clear the house out. The yard is fenced for pets, but not escape proof for small animals. Up to 2 small dogs or cats are acceptable. The pets must be well behaved, have no aggression issues, be house trained and be pre-approved by landlord. Renter's insurance and a pet deposit are required. There is one boat kept on the property and the owners will come and go, but there are privacy plants to hide their access.
