Our cozy 1-bedroom Main Cottage is set in a fully fenced courtyard.…
It has a 4-poster king-size bed, full bathroom with shower over tub, Smart TV, Internet, full kitchen, living room, and laundry with washer/dryer.
The courtyard is shared with the Carriage House and has a lounge set + fire pit, pergola over an outdoor Redwood dining table and a Kamado charcoal grill.
It's a 10-min stroll to Lovers Point Beach, the aquarium, dining and shops. There are several regional medical facilities popular with travel nurses. Dogs are okay (small/med, well-behaved and crated). A cat could be ok. Either way, let's talk first. Our pet fee rate is monthly (not a deposit or one-time fee).
