BATHROOMS
The ground floor bathroom is off the hallway and has a large walk-in shower.
The bathroom on the second floor is off the hallway and has a bathtub/shower combination.
The bathrooms on the third floor are ensuites. The front bathroom has a separate shower and tub with a double sink.
The rear bathroom has a walk-in shower.
LIVING SPACE
The living room is on the second floor and faces the ocean with large windows and blinds that can be raised to get the full effect. It has a couch with accent chairs and Smart TV. A door to a patio/balcony where there are outdoor lounge chairs and a gas fire pit. There is a gas fireplace that separates the living room and dining room.
The dining room is sunken with a slate floor. A very large round table in front of a window with an ocean view. The table can seat 8-10 people and is in front of the bar that separates it from the kitchen.
The kitchen is large and flows easily with a refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door, a gas range, a microwave, and assorted other appliances, pots, and pans. A Keurig coffee machine as well as a regular coffee machine. Plenty of glassware and dishes as well.

Quaint and quiet beach community. It never gets crowded due to the lack of parking. You have access to a garage and an outside single driveway. A 5-minute walk, and you are at the Farmers' Market or bike, paddleboat, or kayak rentals. Book a tour to Anacapa for a day too!
You'll need a car if you want to leave the neighborhood, but there is plenty to do within walking distance. Restaurants, shops, rentals, the ocean... lots right in your backyard!
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but please keep in mind there is no secure fenced area. They are not allowed on the leather furniture and any damage would be your responsibility. Ventura County has a leash law that the neighbors enforce.
