Flexible Terms: Month-to-month agreement so you aren't locked into a long-term commitment. Just requires a standard 30-day written notice to move. A security deposit is required prior to move-in and is fully refundable if the room and home is left in great shape. Keeping the Home Peaceful & Comfortable To ensure a quiet, clean, and comfortable environment for everyone sharing the home, we observe a few simple house rules: Overnight Guests: Welcome with a little advance notice! To keep utility costs fair and common spaces comfortable, we allow 1 overnight guest at a time, for up to 3 days per calendar month, with prior host approval. A Clean Air Home: We keep a strictly smoke-free environment (no smoking or vaping inside the property, only outside designated smoking area).Pet-Free: Perfect for anyone with allergies, as we maintain a pet-free home. Quiet Environment: A peaceful haven perfect for studying or relaxing, no parties or large gatherings.
