A passcode will be sent to you prior to your stay! A Blink Video Doorbell and Floodlight are installed for added security. The Blink camera will record when the camera detects motion outside. We may be able to provide an early check-in or a late check-out if our schedule allows for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please ask us when booking if an early check-in or late check-out is available. We cannot accept any requests within 3 days of check-in or during your stay because our cleaners are scheduled in advance and their schedules cannot be changed last minute. PETS: This home does permit only well-behaved pets with a one-time fee of $75 per pet. Maximum 2 pets per guest. (Please inquire directly about special requests, we may be open to accommodating those on a situational basis). STAIRS: This home's bedrooms and full bath are on the second floor and will require use of stairs to access these areas. CHILDREN: We are happy to host children, but it's important to note that our home is NOT childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.
