Must have proof of income, make 2.5x the rent monthly and have solid rental history, good credit and no past evictions. We are not slumlords and we expect our tenants to be decent human beings who will respect and take care of the home while occupying it. We're hoping to find tenants who are interested in finding more of a long term place. By long term, we mean for more than just one year though we will consider all applicants looking for at least a year. In the past, we've gotten the short end of the stick in regard to occupants maintaining the yard. This time around we want to be even more forward and clarify that this is a home for those who enjoy spending time outside, working in the yard, planting flowers and/or gardens and who will maintain and care for the exterior just as they do in interior of the home. The exterior of the home is an extension of the inside and we'd like to find tenants who see and enjoy it as such. Therefore, if you are super busy, if you don't spend much time at home, if you've never worked in the yard before & think suddenly you will now, if it isn't an already established habit to go out and wander in the yard, water when its hot, pick the dead off your plants or rake or weed eat every few weeks as needed then this isn't the house for you. We spent many years and raised our kids in this home and know what a gem it is. We are looking for tenants who appreciate it for the little charmer it is and want to keep it that way.
