- At Orion Cove we welcome both cats and dogs. We retain the right to reject a pet for any reason, but the following pets are generally welcome: - Dogs which, at maturity, will not weigh more than 50 pounds. We require that dogs be spayed or neutered, and they must be housebroken. There are also restrictions on certain breeds. - Domestic breeds of cats that must be spayed or neutered as well as housebroken. No more than two (2) pets per apartment. There is a $25 pet rent fee per month for each cat
