Facing the back yard, the unit has considerable light and privacy, with its own patio immediately outside, partly shaded, partly sunny. The patio is a great place for plants, and an adjacent automatic watering system can be extended to them.
There is a shared laundry room upstairs. The apartment has its own separate furnace and thermostat. Utility bills are shared with the family who lives upstairs.
The carpet is nearly new. Previous tenants' furniture appears in some photos.
There is lots of storage in the basement area next to the apartment.
