Literally the best part of this house!! This walkout basement is my son's FAVORITE of the spaces we share. It's nice and bright in the kitchen and living spaces and good and dark in the bedroom. You'll find a modern dine-in kitchen complete with full size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher open to the expansive living room. Bar seating as well. Bedroom is at the back so nice and dark for the quality sleep you deserve. Walk-In shower newly tiled. Separate laundry room. This is the walkout space of a house so must be able to navigate stairs in and out. Private, fenced yard and patio area are all yours. Second exit at the back of the property for additional safety. Main level is also a rentable space and please note NONE of the spaces are shared between the two except the driveway for parking. The thermostat is in the upper unit. We have provided space heaters for guest comfort and are happy to make adjustments to temperature settings. While we advertise pet friendly, we are not able to accomodate cats and prefer to know your plan for your pet while you are working.
