Max occupancy: 4; max cars on property: 3; Pets negotiable, can seek approval for 1-3 pets, which may permitted with additional $250 deposit + proof of flea/tick treatment. Renters must clean yard of pet waste. Renter must maintain the property - clean out the lint filter in the dryer, alert us if the smoke or CO2 detectors need new batteries; keep the property free of garbage; regularly clean the oven and grill; and tell us if there is anything that needs attention. Rental must be left thoroughly clean at move-out, with all property and ammenities provided clean and in similar working order. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by tenant

Bedrooms: one with king size bed, desk, bed tables, clothes storage; the other can be set up with 2 twin beds; a twin + a workspace; or the 2 twin beds together to make another king size bed (guest can use garage to store furniture they do not need). All mattresses are new and extremely comfortable, covered in high-tech mattress covers.
Fully equipped and redone kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and quartz counters in an open floorpan - all place settings and cooking equipment supplied - great for families and cooks! Induction glass top, full stove; full fridge. Kitchen has awesome basics (new Samsung induction stove with air fry, new Bosch stainless steel quiet dishwasher, new Moen disposal and faucet, double sink, toaster, microwave, pots/pans, plates, cups, utensils) + extras like Kitchenaid mixer, a Cuisinart Grind-and-Brew, a Cuisinart food processor and more. Front loading washer/dryer in kitchen area.
Dining area has table and seating for 6, with a table that can be expanded.
Family and pet friendly, with a gorgeous park and huge playground right across the street! Walking to downtown is just about a one mile stroll - you can walk through the cute neighborhoods and down by the water to get across the bridge and into town (look for salmon in the summer/fall!).
