Renters must clean yard of pet waste. Renter must maintain the property - clean out the lint filter in the dryer, alert us if the smoke or CO2 detectors need new batteries; keep the property free of garbage; regularly clean the oven and grill; and tell us if there is anything that needs attention. Rental must be left thoroughly clean at move-out, with all property and ammenities provided clean and in similar working order. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.
