Every appliance is old and loud. The carpets are old and worn with patches of missing carpet. The units are very outdated, the units are small, especially for a 2 bedroom. You will have to pay for cleaning and your apartment may still be dirty upon move in. You can't receive packages from FedEx or ups because they can't get into the building. The hallways look like they haven't been cleaned in ages. These apartments don't add value, because for the price,, you can get a nicer apartment elsewhere. Literally the only plus to living here is that it is walking distance to WMU.
