Lease Terms & Application Information: A $50 non-refundable application fee is required for each adult applicant to cover the cost of processing the rental application, including background, credit, income, and rental history verification. Submission of an application or payment of the fee does not guarantee approval or reservation of a unit. Applicants must provide valid identification, proof of income, and complete all requested information. Incomplete applications may delay processing. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and late fees may apply as outlined in the lease agreement. A security deposit is required prior to move-in. Tenant is responsible for utilities unless otherwise specified. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Pet policies, if applicable, may require additional fees or deposits and are subject to management approval. Occupancy limits and lease terms must be followed at all times. False information on an application, prior evictions, certain criminal history, insufficient income, or unsatisfactory rental history may result in denial.
