The two existing roommates have been in the home for a few years and are both in their 60's. The shared bath would be shared with a female.
Room available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,828 sq ft. home in Oklahoma City. The house is located in a neighborhood with nearby shopping, not too far from Northwest Expressway or the Hefner Parkway. A quick drive to downtown Oklahoma City and many bicycle and walking trails nearby.

Room: ($629 per month): 11' x 12'. This is a 2nd BEDROOM in a freshly remodeled house. You'll have access to a shared bathroom. The room is furnished with a brand new full bed, comfy mattress and linen, and pillows. There is a night stand, dresser and ample lighting accommodations. A height adjustable desk and task chair are included so bring your own computer equipment and enjoy a hybrid work schedule. You will be provided with your own keyless entry code to the front door and your bedroom. A full security system is installed including cameras outside the front door, back patio, and the driveway. It is the bedroom furthest from the other two. Very nice after a long day of work to come to a quiet space and fall asleep peacefully. :)

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and first month's prorated rent plus utility fee rent saved up please do not contact me. I can't be flexible on the money requirements.

our house is QUIET and I mean quiet after 9pm. We wake up at nearly 6am each day so this environment is not conducive to someone who enjoys loud noise at night.

if there is a problem, we sit at the dinner table and discuss it as mature adults
-messy, messy people
when finished in the kitchen, clean it
