The complex has a central, unheated yet gated swimming pool area great for sitting outside or swimming on warm-to-hot spring, summer and fall days. Tenants love living in this vintage and retro-style hidden corner of Ojai!
APARTMENTS: Include breakfast nooks and/or dining areas often open to a large living room. One A/C unit is included near the front which keeps main living areas quite cool during heated summers. Bedrooms have large closets; hallways have extra linen storage. Rare in Ojai, each unit has a washer/dryer hook-up space. (You provide your own laundry appliances or use a local Ojai laundromat. There are no laundry facilities on-site.) Property is all-electric: no gas.
