Rental Terms & Expectations The property is fully furnished inside. With the exception of bedding to be supplied by tenant. Rent is month-to-month and may be terminated by either party with a minimum 30-day written notice in accordance with California law. Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. Accepted payment methods: Venmo, check, or cash. A late fee may be applied for rent payments not received within the agreed grace period, as outlined in the rental agreement. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. First month's rent and security deposit are due prior to move-in. Security deposit may be refunded upon move-out, contingent upon the condition of the unit and compliance with the rental agreement, consistent with California law. Utilities are included in the monthly rent; however, tenant is responsible for one-third of shared utility costs.
