I have a room becoming available Sept.1st with the possibility of an earlier move in date if needed.… We are ideally located one block from the beach, as well as close access to Hwy 78 & I-5. This is a three story townhouse with a 360 degree view from rooftop patio. Amazing views of Oceanside and Carlsbad coastlines. It is a three bedroom, three 1/2 bath home. Appliances include washer/dryer, dishwasher, and ac on all floors (with natural 24/7 ocean breeze, the ac is rarely used). Driveway and street parking are available. A privately gated entryway shared with our three quiet, friendly neighbors. Plenty of kitchen storage as well as a shared refrigerator. Extra storage available in the garage as well. The available bedroom is unfurnished and located on the second floor. Plenty of natural sunlight. Private bathroom with full size tub and a small walk-in closet. Rent: $1600 Deposit: $1500 Utilities split 3 ways evenly, roughly $100 A little about myself and the other roommate who occupies the house. I enjoy relaxing in our tranquil, friendly home atmosphere, watching TV, cooking, and socializing with family, roommate and friends, as well as enjoying local restaurants and outdoor activities. I work with special needs students within local school districts. The other roommate is a 47 year old male, a really decent man, who works at a local restaurant. Very respectful, quiet and clean, and an amazing cook. We are looking for one 30+ female. Must have a stable job outside the home and verifiable income. Friendly but respectful and respectful communication, trustworthy and easy going. Must be clean and tidy and responsible for cleaning up in shared areas. Background and credit check will be done.
