Room 1: 10 x 12' bedroom with private full bathroom $1,500. Wood flooring, private detached full bathroom. Room has new area rug, dresser and desk and floor lamp. Furnishings can remove if not needed. OR Room 2: 10 x 12' Has new area rug, floor lamp and desk. Same Private Bathroom. Note* Use of both rooms is possible for an extra monthly charge. All prospective tenants must pass Credit /background check. Guarantors are welcome -but must also pass credit check.
