We are located in the Seaside area, which is a safe, desirable neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and the restaurants and bars in downtown Oceanside. The unit is a studio space of approximately 500 square foot with a kitchen, full bathroom, ample closet and storage space and small, fenced backyard area. Monthly rent is $2000.00 including utilities, not including cable/internet. There is no laundry included in the unit and rental price is based on single occupancy only. No dogs but maybe a cat would be ok with an additional security deposit. We are looking for a quiet, responsible tenant since you would be sharing the property space with our family.
