WiFi/internet, cable & phone available through local providers (not provided in lease.) 865 Cuddy Ct NW/Ocean Surf is a small, private mixed use residence with few FT occupants: about 1/3 of the 14 units are used as short vacation rentals, 1/3 are used primarily seasonally by owners, and a few are owner occuped units. The Ocean Surf building has communal front and back decks, so tenant will likely see other Ocean Surf visitors/residents/owners.
