Rent this cute little guesthouse In Sunset Sands to relax and let the ocean sing you to sleep.… Enjoy all the beauty and fun the Long Beach Peninsula has to offer at this nice little studio in a cul-de-sac on quiet dead-end road - not suitable for children under 13. The ocean is 3/4 mile away as the crow flies and it is a 5 minute drive to the Klipsan Beach approach! We were Super Hosts and a "guest favorite" with a 4.9 rating on AIRBNB for 7 years so it is semi-furnished as shown in the photos: high speed WIFI, queen bed with foam topper, linens, towels, dishes, microwave, small dresser, refrigerator, love seat, 65" Smart TV.. The nice outdoor patio has a covered kitchen, a firepit, BBQ, 4-burner stove top and large sink for cleaning clams/fish. It is enclosed with a 6' board fence for your privacy. The studio is in a remodeled detached garage next to the main residence. You also have access to a large park on Lake Loomis 2 blocks away and may use our 18' Grumman canoe to explore if it is available. The property is adjacent to a beautiful wooded wetland with lots of bird and animal activity. Next door we have two dogs, a Schipperke and a Dutch Shepherd in a separate private 6' fenced yard.
