Lease terms

Short term rental approximately October 16th 2026 through May 15, 2027. I am seeking a professional, responsible, quiet individual(s) 2 adults, 2 children maximum for this short term rental in Mid-Town Ocean City, MD . Tenant(s) must follow all rules as well as be very respectful to fellow renters and owners in the building. Tenant will need to follow Noise ordinance law compliance of 10pm-8am. No parties and no overnight guests for those not listed on lease. Tenant(s) pays for electric and internet and must be transferred into tenants name. No cable, there are two smart TV's with streaming only using Tenants streaming account. Short term renter insurance is required for damages above security deposit. No Smoking or Vaping, even on the deck, fire hazard against condominium rules. One parking space approximately 15 feet from front door. Street parking also available. Tenant must follow noise ordinance in Ocean City and utmost respect must be given to other condo owners/renters. If any of the rules above are violated, including smoking inside or on the deck, immediate eviction and fees for repairing damages will take place without refunds. Smoking inside can cause expensive repairs such as painting, replacing curtains, etc. Current background check and proof of income required. Landlord will inspect condition of property during the duration of lease to ensure proper care of unit as allowed by law. Tenant must remove all belongings and vacate unit on May 15, 2027 without incident. No possibility of staying after May 15, 2027. Owner will be moving other items into unit the day lease ends and all person(s) and their possessions need to be completely moved out for owner to take residence. No stay overs past lease ending date.
