Oakmont Apartments

Welcome to Oakwood Apartments, located at 1248 Sunnyvale Saratoga Road in Sunnyvale, CA. Our community is the perfect place to call home, with a variety of amenities and features to suit your needs.Oakwood has three unit types: Studio, One Bed One Bath, and Two Bed One Bath. Each apartment has a large balcony and access to a shared backyard community garden area. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.The apartment comes with one assigned covered parking space, which can accommodate two cars. There is also a private storage unit in front of the parking stall. Pets are not allowed in this community.Inside the apartments, you'll find high speed internet access, in-wall air conditioning and heating, and a smoke-free environment. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and full kitchen, including a refrigerator, stove, and oven. There is also a shared coin laundry room available with multiple machines.
