Solar is leased by owner but renter pays for their own PG&E (any use that goes beyond what solar panels do not cover). No smoking inside the house. Parking: one car garage plus two cars can fit on driveway. Plenty of street parking as well. Neighbors are older so no loud, disruptive behavior allowed. Property is completely fenced and shares fences with 5 different neighbors, so if you have dogs, please be mindful of their barking and aggressive behavior as neighbors have dogs that roam their yards too.
