This three bedroom home with two and a half baths sits within the heart of Carmel by the Sea.… It has an upstairs master suite with expansive sunset views that include a peek of Point Lobos and The Monterey Bay. The king size bed is made with the softest cotton sheets and there is a corner gas fireplace to keep you cozy during the winter nights. The upstairs bath includes a hand crafted towel warmer bar and a bath tub with shower. It is set up with a work space if work has followed you on vacation. You can be a part of it all but still get away for some quiet time on your own in this suite. There are two bedrooms downstairs one with a queen bed and a second master suite with its own entrance through the gated garden. The second suite has a king size bed and workspace, attached bathroom with washer dryer. All bedding is 100% cotton with down comforters. The chef's kitchen has a Viking stove, stainless steel and granite counters with maple hardwood floors. There is a free standing island with most of the cookware you could hope to find....a Kitchen Aid mixer, an Instapot, assorted coffee makers, a toaster oven, dishwasher, pantry and electric kettle. The carpeted living room is off the dining area and has a wood burning fireplace with outdoor patio. The patio has a barbecue as well as a fire pit and an outdoor dining area. Indoors, the dining room sits six comfortably with additional chairs stashed for when you have a crowd. The home is surrounded by a garden, so fresh cut flowers are generally available. There are televisions throughout the home with Netflix, Max and Hulu provided. There is also high speed WiFi. Maid service is provided upon request, weekly. The home is part of a Carmel neighborhood where residents live year round. You will see your neighbors walking their dogs in the local park, Vista Lobos, and walking to and from Carmel Beach and the Post Office. Bruno's Grocery and Deli is conveniently located five blocks away, and the restaurant district starts three blocks away. There is a bus stop nearby with a transit center near Bruno's.
