Location, location, location. This room and home are on a very desired street location/great neighborhood, on Devonshire Drive in Novato. Welcome home. Comfortable room, very polite family and quiet. I am looking for ("1/one") honest, polite, positive and happy person to be part of our household. :) Keeping household traffic to a minimum, sorry no guests. Room Availability: move in ready This room has already been cleaned, freshly painted and the carpets have been cleaned. Deposit: $1,177.00.Monthly Rent: $977.00. Utilities included in the monthly rent amount.The deposit and initial rent are both due prior to signing a rental agreement. FREE WIFI Pets: there are two very sweet and cute cats here. Possible pet, only if such pet is authorized ahead of time in writing by the landlord. About this home: Ranch style larger single level home, approximate square feet: 1910+ This is room 4. There is only one opening here. Five total bedrooms in the home. About this room and room features: Approximate size of room, with closet: 134 square feet Approximate room size: 10' X 12' There is also a lock and key for the door to this room. Mirrored closet doors Shaded sky light Optional furniture as part of this rental and as seen in ad: IKEA full size bed with a very comfortable pillow top mattress. Please note: if the bed portion is chosen to be part of this rental, optionally also included is; a fitted sheet, two pillows and two pillow cases. Other possible photos that include bedding items such as a comforter and a throw blanket, are only staging photo sample items and not part of this rental. 4 drawer black IKEA dresser 3 drawer black end table/dresser Tenants use 1/one hall private/shared bathroom, of which is mainly used for the three rented rooms here. There is not an issue with shared use of the hall bathroom, as the house rules keep the use organized. At times, there is also a back up second bathroom. Other terms: if a tenant or landlord chooses to end such a rental agreement, 30 days written notice is to be provided by either tenant or landlord. Please state your desired and or anticipated stay. Each house member is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and there are stored household cleaning items for all to utilize. Occasionally deep cleans are also done here. Extra features to this room rental: free wireless internet, laundry room/washer and dryer use.During warm months/times; landlord turns on an AC unit in the kitchen only, which flows through the main parts of the home.
