Please note that this is two abutting units [The Alpaca Family Home & The Alpaca Suite] that will be rented completely as one. The Alpaca Family Home has a large living room with leather sofas, smart TV with satellite service, and central A/C & heating throughout the home. Your private kitchen is fully stocked with a full-sized stainless steel refrigerator, 5 burner stainless steel stove, granite island (seats 4), and a dining area (table seats 6). Both bathrooms include a tub & shower heads (as well as plenty of towels, soap and shampoo), and hairdryers. The master bedroom has a queen size memory foam (with gel) bed, window shades, and blackout curtains. Bedroom 2 and 3 have another queen size memory foam bed (with gel), satellite TV, window shades, and blackout curtains. The Alpaca Suite has a kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, TV, and dining table, the suite has air conditioning and heating in every room. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, and hairdryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress (memory foam), crisp white linens, travel cot-courtyard for babies, blinds, and blackout curtains.
