The large house has an open floor plan, a well-appointed kitchen, a sunken living room, two fireplaces, a large yard, and off-street parking on a quiet street. There's room for gardening if you like to garden. There is an extra, 12 x 12 room available for 800 if you would like an office. The house is a few blocks east of CSUN and about 15 minutes to Whole Foods. Share with: a friendly cat and semi-retired professional musician (Blues and Rock) who is also interested in biology, fly fishing, woodworking, and cooking (especially Szechuan and Thai). Always happy to learn new things and new recipes. Looking for a mature person to share the house who has a steady job, and also values a clean house and is happy to do their part to keep things clean. 1300 per month.
