We have both upstairs and downstairs 1 bedroom, 1 bath units that all offer a private patio/balcony. Enjoy the refreshing swimming pool and jacuzzi that's centrally located on the property. The onsite laundry is clean and tended to daily. We have ample off-street parking with a good portion of it covered. New higher security mailboxes with parcel lockers are great for receiving mail and packages at your convenience.
Close proximity to the 204 and 178 makes an easy transition to the 99 or our neighboring mountain communities. We are just minutes away from Panorama Park, the Kern County Museum, the riverbed trail and a quick, scenic drive to Hart Park. Conveniently located close to gas, food, public transit, Memorial Hospital and downtown.
