The Northgate Community offers classic and newly renovated two-bedroom apartments at affordable weekly and monthly rates. Conveniently located just minutes from Middletown's vibrant downtown and arts district, City Hall, and the scenic Great Miami River home to one of the longest paved river trails in the U.S. our community places you close to everything you need. Our office is located at 2968 Wilbraham Rd, Middletown OH 45042. Pricing: 2 Bedroom 1 Bath: $350/week or $895/month Monthly acceptance dependent on credit and employment/income history. Weekly acceptance primarily for applicants just starting a relationship with FIRCO LLC. There is no limit on how long you may stay under a weekly agreement. Many guests have stayed with us for years under weekly terms and appreciate the flexibility a weekly agreement offers. Monthly agreements roll over on a month-to-month basis and rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rental Requirements: Minimum 550 credit score required. Household income must be at least 2x the monthly rent. Income requirement does not apply to applicants with exclusively Social Security income. Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent, flexible payment plan if needed in special cases. Pet Policy: $100 deposit per animal. Monthly residents: $50 additional per month per pet.
