There are zero broker fees. Rental does not include utilities. Smokers and pet are prohibited. We are looking for tenants who value a sense of home and who will do their part to return the our house to us in the condition we left it. We are looking for tenants who enjoy neighbors and are generally easy-going. We do have a property manager for emergencies to look after the property while we are abroad.

Available Immediately! Our house is located on a quiet street, 7 minutes walking distance to town.…
Built in the early 1900's our farmhouse has a traditional feel with modern features; such as a renovated kitchen, redone hardwood floors, updated heating system and new bathrooms.
There are four porches off the South, East, and West sides of the house! The southern facing windows provide a lot of light throughout the day. Do you play music? There is a piano on the first floor in the " music" room, and a gas fired stove in the family room.
The bedrooms are quite large. Three bedrooms are equipped with queen sized mattresses and the fourth houses a King sized bed.
There is a full bathroom on each floor.
The house comes fully furnished.
The bike path is less than 2 blocks away providing you with hundreds of miles of trail converted from old railroad tracks. Look Park, one mile away is a magnificent park complete with a water park, small zoo, a children's train, multiple playgrounds, picnic tables and barbecues situated near the river that runs through the park.
In addition to the natural beauty that surrounds us, there are dozens of highly rated restaurants and bars in Northampton and Florence as well as the surrounding area within walking and biking distance. I put studs on my non-electric tandem bike and biked all year!
The Pioneer Valley is known for hosting a multitude of cultural and outdoor events. From the Frog Ballet, and apple picking in the fall, to skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, bike tours, professional dance events and first rate concerts all year round. The four colleges; Amherst, Mt. Holyoke, Umass and Smith Colleges, are big contributors to the cultural atmosphere of the area. There are always plenty of events to choose from.
It's a wonderful place to live and visit for families and people of all ages.
