Grocery store less than a mile. 10min. to downtown. 10min. to airport. 25 min to the U. A few minutes to I15 & I215 and the Legacy. Looking for peaceful, quiet, clean, respectful person. No smoking, illegal drugs, parties, overnight guests. That's a lot of NO's, but I'm just looking for a nice mellow roommate is all, where our lifestyles are a good fit. I have a cat, but she stays in my area. I am home almost all the time since I am retired. A student that needs a quiet place, an older person, a female who just wants a nice peaceful place to live.
