Whether you're on vacation or have a trip, we believe a great place to stay is a half of the experience.… Easy access from Badger road and just 5 mins away from the Santa Claus House. We have a single house in the woods on the private 1 acre yard. There is a playground in the backyard to entertain your kids. During the summer time we set a hammock and a porch swing. We have a cozy deck with a pellet BBQ grill. We did our best to equip the house with everything you may need for comfort and leisure: cozy blankets, board games, books, air hockey and video arcade games. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A full equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, Coffee brew, laundry room. Game room has a TV, a full size air hockey table and 2 Arcade machines! Two bedrooms equipped with TVs. The house has 3 Nest thermostats to control comfort temperature. For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 30-364 nights would be $1500 For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.Monthly Furnished and Short Term Rentals For 30 Nights Or More
