The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a full-size fridge, freezer, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, a coffee pot, & stocked with cooking basics like pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking oil, salt & pepper ensuring all your culinary needs are met. Moving past the kitchen, a short hallway leads to the well-appointed bathroom at the rear of the apartment. Unwind in the comfort of a King-size bed, unpack and stay for a while with the ample storage of the spacious closet, and add a touch of warmth with the electric fireplace. We use a smart lock that will generate you a personal access code for the duration of your stay. While the homeowner resides in the main house, they will not be available for direct assistance. Because of the radiant floor heating, thermostat changes will be gradual and temps will take hours to adjust. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. If you are bringing a pet, please know there will be a pet fee of $10 per pet. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App. Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 270-364 nights would be $1500 For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.
