This hideaway is a duplex, with other guests using the other side. Don't worry - your stay will be private! You'll have your own parking area, and separate entrance. During your stay in North Pole, Alaska, you'll enjoy exclusive use of UNIT B featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a comfortable living area. Outside, the backyard awaits with tranquil seating, a porch swing, hammock, and a grill for your enjoyment. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know and we will respond as soon as possible. Friendly neighbors on the road, moderately quiet. Please note that as we are in Alaska, there will more than likely be moose or other animals nearby. Please be aware of your surroundings, don't feed the wildlife, and enjoy from a distance. We highly recommend 4WD or AWD during winter months. Winter months in North pole Alaska can range anywhere from October until the end of May/beginning of June. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App. Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 30-364 nights would be $1500 For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.
