When you walk in, you will see the open concept living room, kitchen and dining space. The cozy living room has an electric fireplace and smart tv. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate coffee bar. Walk down the hall to the full bathroom with laundry, and the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. The primary bedroom also has a queen sized bed and closet. This home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.
For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 30-364 nights would be $1500
For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.Monthly Furnished and Short Term Rentals For 30 Nights Or More
