Our North Park Apartments offer a beautiful FULLY FURNISHED guest studio (available for short term leases), one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as spacious three-bedroom townhomes, all available for rent. Your monthly rent includes heat, a one-stall detached garage, a designated parking space, refuse removal, and either a wall air conditioning unit or central air in the townhomes. Some units also come with an in-unit washer and dryer. Please note that photos may vary for each apartment or townhome. $30/month water fee for one-bedrooms, $40/month water fee for two-bedrooms, $65/month water fee for three-bedrooms. Located near the Ottawa County Fairgrounds, local dining, coffee shops, shopping, and dog parks, North Park Apartment Homes offer a prime location. Nearby attractions include Holland State Park, Lake Macatawa, DeGraaf Nature Center, Windmill Island, and Windmill Island Gardens. With a variety of parks and nature centers nearby, you'll be able to enjoy Michigan's outdoor beauty year-round. Holland Hospital is just a five-minute drive away, and the property is within the West Ottawa Public School District. A $75 administrative fee is required for applicants over 18, and a $250 holding fee (which will be applied toward the security deposit, based on credit approval) is also due.
