NORTH MIAMI BEACH PRIVATE ROOM HOUSE RULES Welcome! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow the following house rules: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Government-issued ID may be required. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. OCCUPANCY Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. No additional overnight guests without prior approval. Subletting or allowing others to stay in the room is prohibited. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and other occupants. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Parties, gatherings, events, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. NO SMOKING No smoking, vaping, hookahs, or use of tobacco products inside the room or on the property. A cleaning fee may be charged if smoking odors are detected. NO PETS Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before booking. PARKING One vehicle per reservation. Park only in designated parking areas. Guests are responsible for following all local parking regulations. ROOM CARE Please keep the room clean and in good condition. Do not move furniture without permission. Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately. APPLIANCES Microwave and refrigerator are provided for guest convenience. Please do not leave food that may attract insects or pests. Turn off appliances when not in use. SAFETY No illegal activities on the property. No weapons, firearms, or hazardous materials allowed. Lock doors and secure personal belongings when leaving. INTERNET & STREAMING Wi-Fi and Roku TV are provided as complimentary amenities. Guests are responsible for their own streaming subscriptions. LONG-TERM STAYS Monthly guests must maintain the room in clean condition. Security deposit may be withheld for damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules. BACKGROUND CHECK Background check may be required before move-in. Guests must provide accurate information during the screening process. FAILURE TO FOLLOW HOUSE RULES Violation of these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation, removal from the property, forfeiture of deposits, and/or additional fees.
